Approach

Many pieces. One coherent whole.

Mosaico is Spanish, Italian and Portuguese for mosaic. A mosaic is made of distinct pieces that only make sense together, held in place by a precise, deliberate gap.

[01]Why Mosaico

Institutional adoption of on-chain markets is a mosaic. Custody, risk, governance, compliance, protocols and counterparties are separate pieces, each with its own experts. Few people see how they fit together.

For institutions, we lay out the pieces of an unfamiliar market and explain how they connect. For protocols, we identify the pieces needed to become institution-ready and help assemble them.

Because we work on both sides, we understand the whole picture. That is the firm.

[02]Principles

What holds the pieces together.

  • [01]

    Transparency

Every introduction is disclosed to both sides, and you always know how we're paid.

  • [02]

    Clarity

Plain language over jargon. Risk explained in the terms your committee already uses.

  • [03]

    Discretion

Mandates, counterparties and conversations stay confidential. Introductions happen only with consent from both sides.

  • [04]

    Both-sides perspective

We know what an investment committee asks because we help protocols answer it, and the reverse.

[03]How engagements are structured

Defined scope. Fixed fees. Full disclosure.

Scoped upfront
Every engagement starts with a written scope, deliverables and timeline.
Advisory fees only
Fixed or retainer fees for the work itself. No success fees tied to capital, deposits or transactions.
Disclosed introductions
When we connect parties, both sides know who we work with and in what capacity.
Clear boundaries
We don't manage or allocate capital, recommend investments, execute transactions or act as a broker-dealer.

[04]Experience
