For institutions

Here are the pieces of an unfamiliar market.

We help funds, family offices, corporates and foundations understand how they fit together: what on-chain markets are, where the risks sit, how to operate safely, and who to work with.

  • Family offices

[02]Engagement

How an engagement runs.

  1. [01]

    Discovery

We learn your mandate, constraints, governance and existing view of the market. You leave with a clear scope and an agreed fee.

  2. [02]

    Framework

We deliver the briefing, market map and risk frameworks your team needs to evaluate on-chain exposure on its own terms.

  3. [03]

    Entry plan

We sequence the operational build (custody, compliance, accounting, reporting) and make disclosed introductions where useful.

[03]FAQ

Questions institutions ask us.

[01]Do you recommend specific protocols or assets?

No. We give you the frameworks, the map and the right questions so your team can run its own diligence. Investment decisions remain entirely yours.

[02]Do you manage or allocate capital on our behalf?

No. We don't manage, allocate or custody capital, and we don't execute transactions. We are an advisory firm.

[03]How are you paid?

Through advisory fees agreed upfront for a defined scope of work. We are not paid on where capital ends up.

[04]Do protocols pay you too?

Yes, we advise protocols on becoming institution-ready. That is why every introduction we make is disclosed to both sides, and why we never recommend investments.

[05]We are early. Is it too soon to talk?

Usually it is the right time. Board and investment committee education is often where engagements begin.

[06]Can you work alongside our existing advisors?

Yes. We regularly complement existing legal, audit and investment consultants with on-chain-specific context.
